Simple Tiramisu
Ingredients :
250gr Mascarpone
240ml fresh double cream
2 cups espresso , cooled
3 tablespoons caster sugar
25gr chunk dark chocolate
3 yolks, preffered bio
Cacao Powder
6 tbs Coffee liqueur (use your favorite one)
1 pack of Ladyfingers cookies
1. Place the cold coffee in a bowl, add three tablespoons of the Coffee liqueur and put to one side.
2. Add the remaining liqueur to the whipped cream and whisk until combined well, taking care not to loose the volume.
3.In a separate bowl beat together the egg yolks and sugar for about three minutes until thick and pale , add the mascarpone and beat until well mixed. Fold in the whipped cream gently with a metal spoon.
5. Layer these into your dish until you have used half the biscuits, then spread over half of the creamy mixture and chunk chocolate then repeat the layers.
6. Smooth the surface and dust the top with the cocoa powder.
7. You also can make it in glass with the remaining ingredients..refrigerate for about two hours or until firm. The longer it is left, the more the flavors will develop.
