Fingerlicking Good Chicken Wings
Easy, yummy fingerlicking good food. Highly addictive!
Ingredients:
8 pieces of chicken wings, cleaned
Sauce for basting:
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Ketchup
4 Tbsp Kecap manis
1 Tbsp Sriracha (or more if you want it extra spicy!)
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
Salt and pepper
1. Mix well all the ingredients for the basting sauce.
2. Make a cut on the side of each wing (so the sauce can penetrate the meat deeper).
3. Soak the wings in the basting sauce for about 5-10minutes, meanwhile preheat the oven to 375 F.
4. Put the wings on a baking rack and bast it again with the sauce, bake for 20minutes.
5. Turn the chicken and bast it again with the sauce, bake for another 20 minutes.
6. If you want to make the skin a bit crunchy, put the oven on broil mode for the last 5-10minutes of baking.
