Coleslaw!


Need an easy, tasty, freshy side dish?.. This one plain coleslaw will complete your plate!
The key is to make it few hours before (an hour will do too!) so the cabbage soften down and all the juice mixed in together. 
Ingredients:
3 cups finely shredded Nappa cabbage
3 medium size carrots, finely shredded
2/3 cup (150ml) mayonaisse
1/8 cup sugar
1 Tbsp milk
2½ Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp wasabi mustard (optional)
½ Tsp salt
¼ Tsp black pepper

1. Combine all the ingredients except the cabbage and carrots until well mixed.
2. Add the cabbage and the carrots to the mayo mix, toss to coat.
3. Cover and put it in the fridge for few hours.
