Korean BBQ salmon



I try to serve fish dish at least once or twice a week at home, that's why I am now on an endless journey of finding easy recipes for cooking fish. Last night I discover something wonderful; Korean BBQ salmon recipe and I decided to give it a try. It was an easy recipe yet has an impressive result. Go on and have a try! 
Ingredients:
500 grams of salmon fillet
2 garlic clove, peeled
1 scallion, roughly chopped
¼ cup japanese soy sauce
1 Tbsp Chinese rice vinegar
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
2 Tsp brown sugar
1 Tsp dark sesame oil

1. Clean cut the salmon fillet into 4 equal size strips and set aside.
2. Put the rest of the ingredients into an electric food processor, turn it on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour the garlic mixture into a container then put in the salmon strips , meat facing down. Cover the container and let the salmon marinade in the garlic mix for at least 15 minutes. 
4. Pre-heat oven to 450 F and line a baking tray with alumunium foil.
5. Arrange the fish on the lined baking tray and bake for 8 minutes
6. Meanwhile, transfer the remaining marinade mix onto a small saucepan and bring to boil. Turn of the stove when the sauce start to thicken. 
7. Plate the salmon and glaze it with the sauce, serve with hot rice and any vegetable dish you have. In the pic, I served it with carrot kinpira
