Kulit Pizza [ Pizza Crust ]
Quick and easy home made pizza dough
Ingredients:
1 Tsp active dry yeast
1 Tsp sugar
1 Cup warm water
2 Cups bread flour
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Italian seasonings mix (optional)
a pinch of garlic powder
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1. In a small bowl, mix yeast and sugar then pour the warm water in. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, Italian seasonings, garlic powder. Stir well to combine.
3. Pour in the olive oil, mix well.
4. Pour in the yeast mixture and knead until a stiff dough has formed. Cover with damp towel and set aside to rise until doubled in volume, it takes about 30 minutes.
5. Once the dough ready, roll it flat on a floured surface.
6. Cover the dough with your favorite sauce and toppings.
7. Preheat the oven to 350 F or 175 C and bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

PS: I made my crust thin, you might need to bake your pizza a bit longer if you decided to make a thicker crust.
