Batavian Ketoprak [ Bean Sprout Salad with Peanut Sauce ]

This recipe based on secret recipe from abang-abang... watch and remember everytime they make my order... hehehehe...
Ingredients:
200gr Bean sprouts
75gr Mihoen or Rice Noodle
2 Boiled Eggs
Keroepoek (Indonesian Rice Crackers)
Lontong or Ketupat
Ketjap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)
200 grams of tofu
2 Boiled Eggs
Keroepoek (Indonesian Rice Crackers)
Lontong or Ketupat
Ketjap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)
200 grams of tofu
Paste:
300gr Fried Peanuts
1 clove Garlic
1,5 tsp Salt (to taste)
1 birds eye Chili ( Optional)
3 tsp lemon juice
1. Fry the tofu, cut into slices
2. Soak the bean sprouts and rice noodles in hot water ... be careful not to overcook. Drain and set aside.
3. Slice the Lontong you can see previous recipe about lontong , cut the eggs into 2 part
3. Put in bowl the Peanut sauce , all the Pasted Ingredients.
4. Serve in a flat plate... Put the Mihoen, Tauge,Lontong and Eggs on it.
5. Pour the Peanut Sauce, don't forget the Ketjap manis
6. Sprinkle with Fried Shallots and Keroepoek ..
